The strategic growth of NEXA Properties Group has taken its next step as we utilise the affluent, luxury real estate experience of our Co-Founders and Investors by launching a new London office.
The success of other NEXA branches demonstrated an increasing demand and interest for our unique, customer-centric business model in the London market. We are thrilled to now be supporting current and prospect clients with buying, selling, letting, investing, and developing in London while simultaneously introducing our new brand refresh that transitions NEXA from a disruptive, impacting feel to a playful, approachable brand that will roll out across our other offices over the next few months.
This expansion provides even stronger grounding for NEXA in the South of the UK and by already working across West Sussex and Hampshire, we have been entirely aware of the city-to-country move, so we will likely see our London branch flow into Surrey, particularly key areas such as Guildford and Farnham.
Our first Client Director in London, George Bramley, brings experience as an Associate Director of his last agency as well as years of living in the vibrant capital city, so is perfectly suited to the job of launching our Kensington-based office.
